ST. JOSEPH, Minn. — Katie Lubenow, daughter of Franz and Barb Lubenow of Center Lake, Iowa, participated in the commencement ceremony at the College of Saint Benedict on May 11 in the Haehn Campus Center/Clemens Field House on the CSB campus, St. Joseph, Minn. Lubenow is a candidate to receive a bachelor of science degree in nursing with the honor cum laude. Cum laude indicates a cumulative grade point average of 3.65.
Local students graduate
PELLA — The following local students graduated from Central College Saturday, May 11. The ceremony was held at H.S. Kuyper Fieldhouse in Pella. There were 348 graduates from 15 states and one foreign country.
Heather Binkley, of Moravia, graduated with a major in music.
Austin Burkland, of Udell, graduated summa cum laude with a major in elementary education.
Logan Danko, of Centerville, graduated with a major in physics.
Tyler Morgan, of Centerville, graduated with a major in music education-instrumental.
