OTTUMWA — The Regional Economic Advancement team at Indian Hills Community College is excited to announce that Terry Rich, president and CEO of Iowa Lottery, will deliver the keynote address at the third annual Vision Awards on April 24.
In addition to being CEO of Iowa Lottery and former CEO of Blank Park Zoo, Rich is also an accomplished entrepreneur. He has developed five companies, including Rich Heritage Inc., a national marketing and television production company.

Individual tickets may be purchased for $49, a table of four is $175 and a table of eight is $350. The dinner and awards ceremony will be held on Thursday, April 24 at 6 p.m. in the Indian Hills Dining Room on the Ottumwa Campus.
“We believe strongly at Indian Hills that entrepreneurs are a pivotal key to the success of our 10-county region. It is our honor to host an event that highlights the important work being done in this arena,” Tom Rubel, IHCC Regional Economic Advancement executive director, said. “I would encourage everyone in our region to help us recognize deserving individuals either by attending the ceremony or nominating someone in their community for an award.”
Nominations for individual awards are still being accepted through March 31. Only businesses or individuals that are nominated will be considered for an award, so it is very important that people submit nominations for businesses, teachers and students making a difference in the field of entrepreneurship.
