Moravia Fall Festival plans being made, more help is needed
By Penny McDanel - Moravia correspondent
The plans for the Moravia Fall Festival are in full swing. This year’s 103rd festival will be held Aug. 28-30. There has been another donation of $100 for the produce exhibit in the big tent. These must be grown in the Moravia School District.
Once again, your help is needed and you may contact any festival member or plan on attending a meeting to help out. The next meeting is today, Thursday, at 6 p.m.
The Moravia Farmer’s Market will be held on Friday evenings beginning at 6 p.m. This will be held on the square in the northside shelterhouse. For plenty of homemade goods and home grown items, come and check it out.
