CENTERVILLE — Dr. Thomas Johnson has merged his practice with International Eyecare Center. Dr. Johnson will continue to provide complete eyecare services.

“As we join this established, multi-location practice, our office will be seeing some changes, which will be a great benefit to our patients,” says Dr. Johnson.

Teresa Carter, president of International Eyecare Center and a native of Kahoka, Mo., is very pleased to partner with Dr. Thomas Johnson and his staff in IEC's 11th location and second Iowa location.

“Iowans have traveled to our Kirksville, Missouri and Quincy, Illinois offices for over 30 years, so we are proud to be able to expand our services into Iowa,” states Carter.

IEC is a provider for most major vision insurance plans. IEC’s Industrial and Safety Eyewear Program will benefit safety directors and their companies with safety management programs.

International Eyecare Center was founded in Quincy in 1981 and has 11 offices including Quincy, Jacksonville, Pittsfield and Mt. Sterling, Ill.; Kirksville, Hannibal, Mexico, Fulton and Memphis, Mo. and now in Burlington and Centerville.
