Iron Dreams 2 Fitness is now Iron Dreams Fitness LLC.
The change is that instead of a full fitness center, Iron Dreams Fitness LLC is now a personal training studio only.
Current members will be allowed to remain at the gym until their memberships expire. No new members will be allowed at this time.
Different rules will be installed at this time, but the one constant will be guaranteed progress documented at every session.
Instead of more than 60 stations to exercise on, Iron Dreams Fitness will have about half of the stations but will continue to show you how to use them.
Iron Dreams 2 has been a full service fitness center for more than 10 years in Centerville. They have trained more than 4,000 people with the three total gyms in this area, two in Centerville and one in Albia, as well as Jamie's Question and Answer book and online training.
“It has been a blessing being able to help so many people in so many difference aspects of health and fitness,” Lewellen said. “My clients have been a four-time state wrestling champion, champion female and male body builders, champion strongmen, champion deadlift and bench presser, top 10 in nation female high school power lifter, among numerous college, baseball, football, softball, basketball and track athletes.
“Also just as important if not more important, rehab of auto injuries and teaching health and fitness to help people who have never eaten correctly or exercised in their life until they came to Iron Dreams.
“I'm certainly not quitting training people. In fact, the opposite is true. With a smaller, more focused facility, the quantity will be less but the quality will be more.”
More details about hours, prices and specials will be announced at a later date for the personal training studio as well as Lewellen's new book.
