IMA to honor Community 1st Credit Union mortgage originator

ALBIA — Community 1st Mortgage Originator Rick Comer has been named by the IMA to the Winner’s Circle for his efforts as a home loan originator.

Comer will be honored as a result of his referral network and marketing efforts and for meeting certain criteria set by the IMA.

“We are very proud to have Rick as part of the C1st Mortgage Team,” Laura Kay Sheely, C1st director of mortgage lending said. “He works very hard to make the dreams for homeownership a reality for our members and this award shows that he does it to the level that is among the best in the state.”

Comer has been with Community 1st for 10 years. He will be honored at the IMA Spring Conference in April.

Community 1st Credit Union operates branches in Albia, Amana, Bloomfield, Cedar Rapids, Centerville, Chariton, Fairfield, Grinnell, Mount Pleasant, Oskaloosa, Ottumwa, Pella and Washington.
