Kathleen Lange M.D., Chariton Valley Medical Clinic, Centerville, has been serving on the Iowa Medical Society’s “Task Force on Iowa’s Health Care Infrastructure”, serving with other physicians from around the state.
The task force was charged with assessing the adequacy of Iowa’s physician workforce and the ability of Iowans to access the medical skill level appropriate for their care needs.
This report is intended to provide guidance to Iowa physicians and policy makers and serve as reference for issues in the Iowa health care system.
