3 p.m. Kenneth Patrick Roberts, 28, of Moravia was charged in the 17000 block of Highway J18 with SOR restrictions and failure to register as a sex offender.
Aug. 16
11:50 a.m. An accident was reported at 185th Avenue and Highway J46. A 2006 Dodge driven by Lola Louise Ingram, 62, of Seymour and a 2002 Hyundai driven by Kurtis Levi Foster, 21, of Leon collided. The sheriff reported Foster made a u-turn on the highway and he was cited for improper use of lanes. There were no injuries reported.
4:08 p.m. Theft was reported in the 700 block of West Lane. A wallet and contents valued at $66 were reported stolen.
Aug. 17
2:10 p.m. Sabrina Sharee Martin, 22, of Centerville was charged on Highway 5 one mile north of Moravia with contempt of court.
