1:07 p.m. Theft was reported in the 1500 block of North 26th. Tools valued at $480 were reported stolen from a vehicle.

4:09 p.m. Theft was reported in the 1500 block of South Main. A lock box and its contents, valued at $7,624, was reported stolen.

10:36 p.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 900 block of East Wilson. A 1979 Chevrolet was reported egged, no damage listed.

April 4

11:34 p.m. A hit and run was reported in the 500 block of West State. A 1989 Chevrolet received an estimated $500 in damage.

April 6

6:22 p.m. Theft was reported in the 500 block of North 6th. A 24-inch girls bike valued at $24 was reported stolen. Michael Powers was charged

April 7

8:23 a.m. An accident was reported at 10th and Washington. A 1996 Chevrolet driven by Mary Morris of Plano and a 1985 Chevrolet driven by Kristopher Smothers of Centerville collided. Morris was cited for failure to obey a stop sign. Damage was estimated at $2,000 to Morris’ vehicle and $500 to Smothers’.

9:45 a.m. Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of North 12th. Estimated damage from pencil drawings on a wall was $5. A 12-year-old male juvenile was charged with fifth degree criminal mischief.

1:32 p.m. James Terry Seddon, 50, of Centerville was charged in the 1500 block of West Van Buren with driving while suspended - revoked for implied consent.
