Ward press conference

Pam Ward, director of the Ottumwa Transit Authority, gave a press conference hours after the state auditor's office accused OTA of inflating its passenger numbers in fiscal 2010 and destroying documents that would have allowed for a deeper investigation. Ward denied instructing employees to inflate numbers or reducing hours on employee timesheets to decrease overtime pay.
