High school seniors must be trained in CPR to graduate

Senior Olivia Starcevich practices giving breaths to a CPR dummy using protective gear Wednesday morning at Centerville High School. The Appanoose County Heart Committee held multiple CPR teaching sessions during the morning to get the entire senior class at Centerville High School trained. Beginning this year all Iowa high school seniors must be trained in CPR to graduate according to the Healthy Kids Act.
